goodflippindesign.com (the “Site”) is operated by GFV LLC, doing business as Good Flippin Design (“GFD”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Information you provide: when you submit a contact or inquiry form, request an NDA/SOW/agreement, or otherwise message us (e.g., your name, email, company, message content).
Donations/payments: if you donate, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Community/admin access: if you sign in to community or admin areas, authentication may be handled by Clerk. Clerk may collect and process account identifiers (e.g., email) and session information.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand traffic and basic usage patterns (for example, pages visited, approximate location, device/browser information, and interaction events).
Operational logs: our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) may process IP address, request metadata, and similar technical data to deliver and protect the Site.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical information) through general web forms.
